 Anastasia Phillips brings over two decades of industry experience spanning auction houses, galleries, institutions and e-commerce platforms. Anastasia spent the majority of her career at Christie's auction house, specialising in South Asian Modern & Contemporary Art, a fast growing art market, and has worked on many successful auctions in London, Mumbai, New York, Hong Kong and Dubai, including important single owner collections and private sales.

She has considerable experience in business development in growth art markets and has focused her career on Europe, Middle East and Asia. Throughout her career, Anastasia has held senior roles such as Sales Director at Murphy & Partners, a global art advisory, Global Head of Art at an online auction platform, where she worked across international art markets and two contemporary art galleries in London, one of which she was the Gallery Director for. During this time, she has established many important industry relationships and collaborations with specialist consultants and artists around the world. 

Anastasia has played a pivotal role in placing exceptional artworks into prominent private collections. Prior to her time at Christie’s, she worked with the Mumbai-based gallery Project 88 at Frieze London and at the Royal Academy of Arts.

Fluent in German and English, Anastasia holds a BA in History of Art and Arts Management and has also completed the certificate in Art Business from Christie’s Education in London.
